I’m one week down and I weighed in this morning after the gym. To recap:
To lose: 70 lbs. by August 20, 2009.
Week 1: -6.2 lbs.
To lose: 63.8 lbs.
Needed Loss Per Week: 3.06 lbs.
Things are going pretty well. I got to start my new gym membership last week and I’m working my ass off to make my calories count. I lost it a little bit this weekend when I went to the movies yesterday and had popcorn. Instead of juice or water I had water. For dinners I’ve been having lots of chicken and turkey. I’m observing lent this year so I’m still without pork or beef.
